My Mission
I'm passionate about supporting victims of domestic violence and changing the way Australia views and handles domestic violence. Working predominantly with women as they represent the largest victim group, I believe education and exposure of abusive tactics are key to ending the cycle.
This is why I'm writing "The Abuser's Playbook" - a series of articles that educate and shed light on abusers' methods and how to spot them early. More light on their tactics and calling out abusers leaves fewer shadows for them to hide their behaviours.
I also work with men who want to develop their emotional intelligence, recognising that the biggest factor behind male violence against women is underdeveloped emotional intelligence. Through coaching and mentoring, I help men unlock their potential and build healthier relationships.
My Background

My journey to coaching began with my own experience of trauma and recovery. In 2015, I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that changed my perspective on life, resilience, and what it truly means to be strong. This experience, combined with my own encounters with domestic violence, drives my commitment to helping others transform their trauma into strength.
Before becoming a coach, I served in the Australian Navy, where I learned discipline, leadership, and how to navigate challenging situations. I later worked in warehouse operations and team leadership, developing skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving that I now bring to my coaching practice.
