The Phoenix Resurgence Program offers a flexible structure to best suit your needs, with a total of approximately 9 hours of dedicated coaching.
Discovery & Assessment
(60 minutes, Pre-Program): A comprehensive intake to identify your specific challenges, goals, and readiness for transformation. We explore your trauma experiences, current mindset, and desired outcomes, completing a "breakthrough agreement" to establish commitment.
Foundations of Resilience & Self-Discovery
(1.5 hours): Begin enhancing your self-image through NLP, creating confidence anchors, and guided visualizations to instill hope and confidence.
Addressing Limiting Beliefs & Emotional Release
